We are also very passionate about teaching. We provide lectures,  presentations and demonstrations on a variety of subjects centered around composting, regenerative agriculture, microbes and pests and disease management. At  MicrobeGrower we follow the principles of Dr. Elaine Ingham's Soil Food Web approach. This method creates a thriving community of microbes in our compost, fostering a healthy balanced ecosystem for your plants to flourish.

Our Secret Sauce: The Thermophilic Advantage

Our unique process incorporates a thermophilic stage, where high temperatures eliminate pests and disease-causing organisms. This leaves behind a safe and vibrant environment teeming with aerobic microbes – the good guys that supercharge your soil!

Then we add this microbe-rich compost to our worm beds to inoculation our thermophilic or (base) compost even further, this ensures the highest quality worm castings. Once we harvest the castings they rest for a bit. After the resting period we add a compost tea and microbes foods.
