Newsletter & Courses (Digital Content): We provide expert instruction on SFW principles, including the Fungi-to-Bacterial Ratio, nutrient cycling (the Protozoa-Nematode Loop), compost mastery, and low-input growing strategies111. This content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional agricultural or financial advice.
SFW Inoculant (Physical Product): We sell proprietary, high-quality soil inoculants designed to enhance beneficial microbial populations in your soil2. You are responsible for inspecting the product upon arrival and ensuring proper storage and application.
Soil Assessment Services: These services provide analysis of your specific soil sample through the SFW lens (e.g., microscopy analysis)3. The reports are based on the sample provided and offer biological recommendations only; we do not provide legal, environmental, or public health advice.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
The information you provide for payment and account registration is accurate and truthful.
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Ownership: All original content, including all Newsletter content, the proprietary text within the, course materials, and the unique structure of our educational offerings are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: The digital content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from:
Reproducing, distributing, or selling any part of the premium newsletter or course content.
Sharing login credentials or subscription access.
Teaching, training, or creating competing educational products based on the structure or language of our content.
Pricing: All pricing for the newsletter, courses, physical products, and services is subject to change. Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions.
Subscription Renewal: Newsletter subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by you. You must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.
Digital Content (Newsletter/Courses): Due to the immediate access to proprietary biological knowledge (e.g., F:B ratios, SFW diagnostics), we generally offer no refunds on digital purchases. We may, however, offer a pro-rata refund for annual subscriptions canceled within a 7-day grace period, subject to our discretion.
SFW Inoculant (Physical Product): We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 30 days of shipment. Because the product is a living biological material, we cannot accept returns for product that has been opened or improperly stored (e.g., exposed to anaerobic conditions or high heat).
Soil Assessments: Fees for analyses are non-refundable once the sample has been received and analysis has begun.
No Guarantee of Yield: We provide scientifically sound principles for achieving biological independence and superior soil structure. However, due to the myriad of variables in farming (weather, local pathogens, nutrient availability, improper application, etc.), we cannot and do not guarantee specific crop yields, pest eradication, or financial outcomes. Results depend entirely on the proper implementation of the principles and local environmental factors.
Product Use Risk: The SFW Inoculant contains living microbial communities. It must be handled and stored according to our instructions. We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from improper application, storage, or integration with chemical inputs.
The Company, its employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the content, the inoculant, or any services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the services is to stop using the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State of Operation], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
